1. Aim of the initiative
The aim of this "open newspaper" is that to give people, that don't have the means to publish their own Web pages, the opportunity to let hear their voice through a column that treats an argument of particular interest.
From the moment of the signing (absolutely free) and after our approval, they'll become responsible of this space, taking care of possible successive releases. Besides they'll have at disposal a personal home-page.
2. Who can join
The initiative is directed to all people that have an e-mail address and a particular interest in some argument.
Some freeware editor for building HTML pages will be able to download through Internet from some sites here recommended.
3. How to join
From the moment of the signing, completely free, that will happen by a form to fell and send us, the new editor, after our approval, will take advantage of a his own space and he'll become entirely responsible, either from the side of the contents that graphical side. Every articles shall have to report the name and surname dof the author, the date of the last revision and the e-mail address, to which every readers'll be able to refer for eventulal suggestions or comments.This newspaper will reserve the right to avoid the publication of obscene marerial, of bad taste, adult material or that could in some manner hurt the sensibility or religious convinctions of anyone and material that could violate the laws on the personal privacy in observance of the national and international rules. In every case the legal responsibility of the published material will be of the author. In consequence the company will not publish not all anonymous or of doubtful origin material.
All articles will have to be sent in compress format and as attachment to our editorial office, following if is possible these rules, that will reserve the right to publish them, about this e-mail address: rubrica@calypso.it
